Can I change plans or cancel my account later?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. Upgrade action will take effect immediately, while downgrade and cancellation actions become effective at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on all plans for nonprofits. Contact us for more information.
Can I add more users to a plan?
Sure. There's no limit on the number of users you can add to a license. Each additional user costs extra according to the plan you're on.
Do I get an invoice for StoryChief?
Yes. For every charge, you'll get an invoice. You can manage your billing and account information inside the platform.
Do you charge extra for usage?
No – you can create and publish as many stories and social media posts as you like. We only charge extra for the number of users that need access to the system; everything else is included in your subscription fee.
What languages are supported?
The main interface of StoryChief is in English, however, the platform supports over 35 languages and dialects for publishing stories, and social media posts.
